Peter graduated in Medicine from University of Melbourne-MBBS, and obtained his specialist qualification in Paediatrics-FRACP at Royal Children's Hospital. He spent 3years in the UK where he qualified with the MRCP(UK) and 1 year in Sydney, where he worked predominantly in Paediatric Cardiology. Subsequently he worked in General Paediatric practice in rural Western Victoria, and then Southeast Melbourne, where he is a Consultant Paediatrician at Dandenong Hospital, Monash Health, and Angliss Hospital, Eastern Health. He also works in a Paediatric Community Practice that is relocating from Dandenong to Narre Warren.

Clinical Interests

In addition to Acute hospital-based Paediatrics, Peter's interests have been in General Paediatrics - Complications of newborn and early Infancy- Settling and Weight gain;Asthma and Respiratory Infections, Heart Murmurs, Growth concerns, Constipation,Soiling and Wetting, Short Stature, Excess Weight Gain, Epilepsy, Febrile Seizures, Headaches, Non- surgical Abdominal Pain, Dysmorphic features and Sleep-related breathing difficulties. He has had experience with children with School related Learning difficulties, ADHD and assessment of School and Teacher Reports and Psychologist's Cognitive Assessments.

Dr Datta Joshi comes with more than 25 years of experience in Paediatrics and is very professional and compassionate Paediatrician. He works in Berwick at Casey Hospital of Monash Health as well as at St John of God Hospital in Berwick.  Dr Datta Joshi has interest in wide range of paediatric conditions including behavioural and developmental issues including ADHD, AUTISM and other conditions for children from newborn to 18 years of age.

His expertise is in managing variety of neonatal and complex paediatric conditions. With his calm and caring nature, he actively listens to the families and works with them to get the best possible outcome for their children.

In addition, Dr Datta Joshi also has appointment as Honorary Lecturer in Monash University. He is a supervisor for Paediatric Trainees of The Royal College of Physicians. ​

 DR  ABHAY  KUMAR

 MBBS, FRACP General Paediatrics

Dr Abhay Kumar is a General Paediatrician trained in India and Australia. He has worked as a consultant Paediatrician in and around the southeast region of Melbourne for over 10 years.

His current hospital appointments as a specialist include Casey Hospital (Monash Health) and St John of God Hospital Berwick. He has wide experience in looking after children from newborn to 18 years of age with all kinds of paediatric disorders. He looks after children with acute paediatric problems and children with developmental behavioural disorders.

His main areas of interest involve neonatal medicine, following premature children and developmental assessment including diagnosing and managing Autism, ADHD,and other developmental disorders.​

DR  SIAW  CHIN  WONG 

MD, MRCPCH (UK), FRACP General Paediatrics

Dr Siaw Chin Wong is a compassionate and detail-oriented Paediatrician with a strong foundation in child health and development. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating various paediatric conditions including feeding and growth, neonatal care, constipation, bed-wetting, asthma, eczema, developmental and behavioural issues such as Autism spectrum disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with a commitment to providing exceptional care and support to young patients and their families. She has worked as a general paediatric advanced trainee registrar at the Monash Health 

(including Monash Children’s Hospital) and Northern Health before she attained her fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in General Paediatrics ( FRACP) after having practiced as a general paediatrician in Malaysia.

She is also a member of Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health United Kingdom (MRCPCH).​

Languages: English, Mandarin and Malay fluently.​

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her daughter.

Dr Rohit Goyal is a senior paediatrician with over 15 years of experience in caring for children, from newborns to adolescents. He brings strong expertise in newborn care, early childhood development, and general paediatric conditions.
In his practice, Dr Goyal focuses on providing family-centered care that is calm, clear, and reassuring.
He takes time to listen to parent's concerns and believes in partnering with families to support their child’s health and development at every stage.
His areas of interest include growth and development assessments, feeding and nutrition advice, immunizations and preventive care, behavioral and developmental concerns, management of common childhood illnesses. Dr Goyal is also involved in paediatric teaching and regularly participates in medical education initiatives in Australia and overseas. He speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, helping him communicate effectively with families from diverse backgrounds. Consultations are available for: Behavioural and developmental issues including speech delay, developmental assessments, Autism, ADHD and other conditions. Newborn follow-ups, growth and milestone reviews,  feeding and sleep concerns, asthma, eczema, and allergy management and adolescent health issues.
